You'll need IDs and official documents proving your residency in Ontario, as well as health records to register.
When you register, you will need:
- Proof of age (birth certificate, passport)
- Proof of address (a lease, or a bill with your parent/guardian’s name and address)
- Proof that you are living with a parent/guardian
- Proof that you have received immunization shots
If you are in Ontario on a Visitor Visa or Study Permit, you will need proof of your immigration status when registering for school.
