Calling all newcomer or Indigenous youth between 14 and 25!

Catholic Crosscultural Services are so excited for you to join this project.

This project is about bringing together newcomer/immigrant youth with Indigenous (First Nations) youth in Manitoulin.

Both groups of youth will make digital stories, and share their stories with each other, talk about resilience, and create art to help other youth learn strategies for resilience.

The project will take place from February 2021 to September 2022. There will be a a March Break camp and summer activities. You will get more information about these things when the project starts.

If you want to be part of this project, you must be 14-25. You must be a newcomer/immigrant/first generation Canadian/international student/non-status/refugee. If you are none of these things and are still interested in being part of this project, you should still reach out.

All participants will receive a grocery gift card, and an honourarium.

If you need help with your application, email Emmy with any questions.
