NewYouth.ca offers you a paid opportunity to tell your story and inspire others like you. Take part in a two-day workshop on Saturday, October 26th, 2024, and Sunday, October 27th, 2024, from 10:30 AM - 5 PM at the Waterfront Neighbourhood Centre (627 Queens Quay W, Toronto ON M5V 3G3). You will be given the tools to create a powerful digital story in an art format of your choice. Your story will be featured on our website and social media channels and will reach our community!
Why participate?

- Professional development: Gain paid experience to add to your resume and/or portfolio.
We're looking for youth who:
- Are between 16 and 29 years old and have settled in Ontario within the last five years.
- Want to inspire and help other youth integrate to Ontario through digital stories.
- Have specific skills that could be an asset (video editing, comfortable speaking on camera, illustration, Reels, etc.).
- Are not currently employed in the settlement sector.
